At Darling Drinks, we take great care to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. Since our beverages are perishable consumable products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing leadership@darlingdrinks.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once reviewed and approved, we will either:

• Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
• Issue a refund to your original payment method

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase or before the order has been shipped, whichever comes first. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
